OPTION: Some schools make the sign without the stand.  They make 2 sets of top scrolls, put the extra scroll on the bottom and the sign is mounted on a wall or fence.

If you do not make the stand you do not need the bottom brazing fixture, or the concrete form.  Doing it this way takes a lot less time, but loses some materials and process experiences.   Manuals for that option are available on special order.  Contact me for price on those manuals.

COMMENTS ON ORDERING:
1.  The router safety holder is also used with the Game Box unit.
Only one is needed per lab.

2.  Another option is to rout out the background, leaving the letters and a border border,
rather than rout out the letters.  The entire piece of wood is painted.  After the
paint is dry the raised letters and border are painted a different color.  While
the paint on the raised portion is  wet, reflective glass beads may be applied.

3.  We are exploring the possibility of using a CNC machine to rout the letters out of                                                                                  sign plastic, then adhering them and a border to the wood.  The entire sign will be painted                                                                  one color and when the paint dries  the raised surfaces will be painted another color.
